El próximo jueves 7 de agosto se llevará a cabo la quinta edición de los Critics’ Choice Super Awards 2025. Y hoy, 11 de junio, conocimos a los nominados.
Los datos.
El evento es organizado por la Asociación de Críticos de Cine (The Critics Choice Association, CCA, por sus siglas en inglés), la más grande e Canadá y Estados Unidos y que también realizan el tradicional Critics’ Choice Super Awards.
Las ternas son para aquellas películas, actrices y actores en los rubros de acción, ciencia ficción, horror, superhéroes y fantasía.
La ceremonia se llevará a cabo el 7 de agosto, a través de la página CriticsChoice.com, a las 9am, hora del Pacífico. Aquí te tendremos resultados.
Deadpool & Wolverine y Thunderbolts*, de Marvel, cuentan con la mayor cantidad de nominaciones, 6 cada una, incluyendo Mejor Película de Superhéroes. Hugh Jackman y Ryan Reynolds (ambos actores de Deadpool & Wolverine) fueron reconocidos en la terna de Mejor Actor en una Película de Superhéroes.
Le siguen en nominaciones, Dune: Part Two, con 5; Sinners, con 4; Alien: Romulus, Civil War, Companion, Heretic, Mickey 17, Nosferatu y The Fall Guy, con 3.
Algunas favoritas se queradon cortas en menciones, con 2, tales como Bring Her Back, Captain America: Brave New World, Longlegs, Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, Monkey Man, Rebel Ridge, The People’s Joker, The Substance, The Wild Robot y Venom: The Last Dance.
Una sorpresa la dio al muy descalificada Joker: Folie à Deux, al anotarse una nominación para Lady Gaga como Mejor Actriz en una Película de Superhéroes.
En televisión, The Last of Us, lidera con 6 nominaciones, incluyendo Mejor Serie de Superhéroes, Mejor Serie de Horror, Mejor Actor (Pedro Pascal) y Mejor Actriz (Bella Ramsey). Pascal y Ramsey cuentan con dos menciones a Mejor Actor (en las categorías de Superhéroes y Horror).
